Role Overview:

Matilda Cloud is seeking a Partner Program Manager to design, build, and scale our global partner program. This role will be responsible for creating the structure, incentives, and operational systems that enable system integrators, consulting firms, technology partners, and cloud providers to successfully sell, implement, and support Matilda Cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strategic program design, partner ecosystem expertise, and operational excellence to drive partner engagement and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Partner Program Development:

  • Design and evolve the Matilda Cloud global partner program, including partner tiers, requirements, and benefits

  • Develop partner onboarding, enablement, certification, and accreditation programs

  • Define program incentives such as MDF, referral structures, deal registration, and joint go-to-market initiatives

 Partner Enablement & Success:

  • Build scalable training and enablement frameworks to ensure partners can effectively position, sell, and deliver Matilda Cloud solutions

  • Develop partner playbooks, sales assets, and technical enablement materials

  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to ensure partners stay aligned with platform capabilities and roadmap

Partner Operations:

  • Implement and manage partner operational processes, including deal registration, partner performance tracking, and incentive programs

  • Define and track partner KPIs, including pipeline contribution, revenue influence, certifications, and partner-sourced deals

  • Manage partner portal systems and internal tools that support the ecosystem


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure partners are fully integrated into go-to-market strategies

  • Close working relationship with BDMs (partner managers) to help them scale as they grow the number of partners under management

  • Close relationship with SEs as they continue to drive enablement, demos, and tech engagement with partner tech contacts

  • Partner with sales leadership to programmatically support co-selling motions with strategic partners and system integrators

  • Work in close partnership with the company’s outside channel advisors on strategy and implementation of new programs

Ecosystem Growth:

  • Own and manage the long range partner capacity plan/model

  • Identify opportunities to expand the partner ecosystem across:

o   Global and regional system integrators

o   Managed service providers

o   Resellers

o   Hyper-scalers such as AWS, Oracle, Google, and Microsoft

  • Support strategic initiatives that increase partner-driven revenue and market reach

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of experience in partner programs, alliances, or ecosystem development

  • Experience designing or operating partner programs at a SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software company

  • Strong understanding of partner economics and go-to-market models

  • Experience working with system integrators, consulting firms, or technology partners

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence multiple teams

  • Strong analytical and operational mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with cloud ecosystems such as Amazon Web Services, Oracle, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud

  • Experience launching or scaling a partner program at an early-stage company

  • Familiarity with partner tools such as Salesforce PRM

  • Experience with hyper-scaler marketplaces

  • Background in cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, or enterprise software

Success Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Growth in partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline

  • Revenue generated through partner channels

  • Number of enabled and certified partners

  • Partner satisfaction and engagement
