The Opportunity
Matilda Cloud is one of the most consequential platforms being built in cloud right now. We help enterprises do what most of them know they need to do but cannot figure out how to do well: assess complex multi-cloud estates, migrate workloads without breaking the business, modernize what is worth modernizing, and run all of it with intelligence baked in. Our platform pairs machine learning with real-time operational data to automate work that has historically required armies of consultants and months of risk.
As we scale, our partners — system integrators, consulting firms, technology partners, MSPs, and hyperscalers — will play a central role in how we reach the market and how our customers succeed. We are hiring a Partner Program Manager to design, build, and scale the global partner program that makes all of that real.
Why This Role Is Different
This is a build-the-program-from-scratch role at a company where partners are not an afterthought — they are a central pillar of the GTM. You will create the structure, the incentives, the enablement, and the operational systems that turn an ambition ("we should work with the right partners") into a measurable, repeatable engine. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with our Alliance and Partner BDMs, our hyperscaler relationships (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle), and our outside channel advisors. The choices you make in the first six months will shape the program for years.
What You'll Own
Partner Program Design and Evolution
Design and evolve the Matilda Cloud global partner program — partner tiers, requirements, benefits, and value proposition.
Develop partner onboarding, enablement, certification, and accreditation programs.
Define program incentives — MDF, referral structures, deal registration, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
Partner Enablement and Success
Build scalable training and enablement so partners can effectively position, sell, deliver, and support Matilda Cloud solutions.
Develop partner playbooks, sales assets, and technical enablement materials.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to keep partners aligned with platform capabilities and roadmap.
AI-Era Partner Enablement
Build partner enablement that reflects what Matilda Cloud actually is — an AI-driven platform — so partners can sell and deliver our AI capabilities with confidence.
Equip partners to use AI in their own delivery motion (assessment, migration planning, optimization analysis) so they get the productivity gains our platform exists to deliver.
Co-build with hyperscalers on AI co-sell motions, marketplace listings, and joint solutions that put us in front of the right customers at the right moment.
Partner Operations and Performance
Implement and manage partner operational processes — deal registration, performance tracking, incentive programs.
Define and track partner KPIs — pipeline contribution, revenue influence, certifications, partner-sourced deals.
Manage partner portal systems and the internal tools that support the ecosystem (Salesforce PRM, hyperscaler marketplaces).
Own and maintain the long-range partner capacity plan and model.
Ecosystem Growth and Cross-Functional Influence
Identify opportunities to expand the partner ecosystem — global and regional SIs, MSPs, resellers, and hyperscalers (AWS, Oracle, Google, Microsoft).
Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure partners are fully integrated into our go-to-market.
Partner closely with our Alliance / Partner BDMs to help them scale as they grow the number of partners under management.
Work with our SEs to drive enablement, demos, and technical engagement with partner technical contacts.
Support sales leadership in programmatic co-sell motions with strategic partners and system integrators.
Coordinate with outside channel advisors on strategy and program implementation.

What You Bring
Required
5–10 years in partner programs, alliances, or ecosystem development.
Experience designing or operating partner programs at a SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software company.
Strong understanding of partner economics and go-to-market models.
Experience working with system integrators, consulting firms, and technology partners.
Strong analytical and operational mindset.
Preferred
Experience with cloud ecosystems — AWS, Oracle, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud.
Experience launching or scaling a partner program at an early-stage company.
Familiarity with partner tools such as Salesforce PRM.
Experience with hyperscaler marketplaces.
Background in cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, or enterprise software.

Growth in partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
Revenue generated through partner channels.
Number of enabled and certified partners.
Partner satisfaction and engagement.
